Located approximately 28 km northeast of the village of Bat-Ölzii, the Orkhon Waterfall, also known as Orkhonii khürkhree, is formed where the Ulaan River, meaning "red" in Mongolian, joins the Orkhon River. Due to this confluence, the waterfall is also referred to as Ulaan Tsutgalaan, meaning "Red Confluence." The Orkhon Waterfall boasts a significant volume of water.
