The Mongolian National Chamber of Commerce and Industry yesterday organized a discussion on the new international airport to be built in Khushigtiin Khundii of Sergelen soum of Tuv aimag. Japanese companies Azusa Sekkei and Oriental Consultants have prepared the blueprint for the airport, and the company to construct it would be selected by tender. It will be built with a special Japanese soft loan for 28 billion and 807 million yen repayable in 40 years. If nothing unforeseen happens, construction will begin in 2012 and continue until 2015.
